Due to Covid-19, now, more than ever, consistency, and resilience is needed for vulnerable children in Hammersmith and Fulham. We will connect 50 children to mentors for weekly support over one year.
Avonmore Library is the only library in the UK run by a local Citizens Advice volunteers. By improving the facilities we will be better serve our local community and encourage more users to visit.

Solar panels at Rosaline Hall will reduce our carbon footprint, promote sustainable energy use into the future and enable us to reinvest energy bill savings in to our community projects!
HF ArtsFest brings the whole community together with two weeks of wonderful art by local artists for local people. This project will take community workshops led by artists to people where they live.
Hammersmith & Fulham Writers Festival, will begin as a one-day indie festival, in partnership with Bush Theatre and Shepherds Bush Library.
Creating a joyful, inclusive Christmas for local care leavers, with meals, games, and hampers, with transport to and from the event, ensuring no young care leaver spends the day in isolation.
