The Hammersmith & Fulham Hive is a partnership between the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and Spacehive. It provides an online platform that enables community groups to promote projects that will improve their local area or bring communities together through crowdfunding. Local groups can attract funding from residents, businesses, and the council to deliver local initiatives.
As part of the programme the council has a £500,000 Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) fund to support local community projects, with a maximum pledge available of £40,000, up to 50% of project target.
Current funding window
The deadline to get involved in this funding round is the 15th of April. This means that you need to have your project created on Spacehive, applied to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) fund and be ready to begin your crowdfunding campaign by this date.

Brilliant news, thanks everyone!
We need your help to make the W12 Together Festival happen again—for the sixth year!. It’s a fantastic, free day out that really captures the brilliant spirit and diversity we have here in White City (W12). Our area has its challenges, and this festival is a powerful way to bring neighbours together, fight social isolation, and give everyone's wellbeing a real boost. Picture it: hundreds of local people, all ages, enjoying live music from local bands, amazing cultural performances, great food, and fun activities, all right here in our neighbourhood. We are W12Together, a group of residents passionate about our community, and we know this festival makes a difference. You see it in the smiles, the connections people make, and the pride folks feel. It genuinely lifts spirits and improves mental wellbeing. Your pledge helps pay for the nuts and bolts stages, performers, safety, fun stuff for kids and making sure it’s accessible for all. Help us put on another amazing day celebrating W12!

The talent of west London vocalists is immense and historically so many artists hale from West London from Arlo Parks, Estelle, Jessie Ware, Roger Daltrey, Gary Numan, and Lily Allen, all hailing from Hammersmith & Fulham. However most major music nights take place in south east, central or east London, leaving young talent from the borough at a disadvantage, .We have 8 years experience in offering fantastic sound stages and nurturing young talent and would like to bring our expertise home to the west London community of Hammersmith & Fulham, With a commitment to unparalleled sound quality and a passion for nurturing local artistry, our venture aspires to reinvigorate West London's cultural scene, providing a platform for emerging and established musicians within the community.
For one day each May, Wandsworth Bridge Road swaps traffic for smiles, turning into a car‑free “urban village” where people, not cars, take centre stage. Nearly 28,000 people joined us last year to eat, dance, listen to live music on four stages and let their kids roam safely between over 150 stalls and free activities. From a climbing wall to a skate park, dancing round the Maypole to dog shows everyone in the community has the opportunity to try something new and make new friends. The street fills with food from around the world, local artisans and charities. A buzzing sustainability zone promotes wheeling, cycling and cargo‑bikes with a dedicated try zone to encourage exploring different types of wheels. Four stages spread along the 1km long event bring live music from solo singer/composers to jazz, brass-bands to reggae. A get-active zone offers a range of sporting activities from football penalty shoot outs to yoga sessions, badminton to competitve rowing.
