Ros McAlister put £50 straight in to the bank as she does not use the internet much. Ros' partner Sam Walsh 1934-1989 painted this painting Mike's Brother which is in the National Portrait Gallery and is one of my favourite Sam Walsh paintings. Sam and Ros lived next door to me in Greenbank Drive in the 1980's and we became friends then lost touch when we both moved house. This project has got us back in touch which is lovely.

At the time of writing this update there is only 14 hours left to pledge. SpaceHive are taking off their £150 fee leaving £109 to find. We have had an invitation from Gillian Miller Chief Executive - Liverpool’s Royal Court Director - St George’s Quarter to pass the script to the Royal Court Producers with a view to it being produced for stage
