This will be our 10th year of delivering the Spring Fair and we plan for it to be our best ever. We have ambitions for more entertainment, more stalls and more free information about sustainability and about how we improve lives through horticultural therapy, delivering activities from growing your own vegetables to willow weaving across the city, building resilience and self confidence. We've been recognised by the Queen in 2022 as a charity that builds community cohesion and we want to keep up that amazing work, bringing a bit of bling from the Preston Mela and local awersome dancetroops, to procuring some of the best arts and crafts faciliators to ensure children's art work is amazing, to the most sustainable and unique stalls that Lancashire can provide. This day means so much to our volunteers who help is on the day and throughout the planning. It gives them the self esteem and the confidence to know that they are bringing communites together for a celebration of plants, culture, food and sustainabilty. The visitors will have the opportunity on the day to find out about so many amazing projects happening in Preston as well as ways to be more sustainable and how simple changes can make a big difference.
