Support Our Dementia Choir

We aim to expand our Memories R Made dementia choir in Southport, creating a larger, more accessible, and fully supported singing community for people living with dementia.

This project has reached its fundraising target. It has also activated Continuous Fundraising, which means you can still donate and support the project.
