Mental Health Workshops in LBTH Schools

After many checks including our budget breakdown, and how we run our program, Spacehive have now given us the green light to go ahead with our project! This gives people pledging a bit more confidence, knowing we have everything in place to make our mental health workshops for schools in London the best it can be! So many young people across the capital suffer with poor mental health including depression, eating disorders and anxiety (topics we cover in our workshop!). This is why our work is incredibly important in terms of lowering suicide rates for young people and improving their development into adulthood being equipped with self-help tips when a time may become necessary to use them when an individuals mental health is suffering.
