New footings being dug out ready for foundations1 year ago

After extensive and time consuming work to remove the concrete and steel mesh foundations of the old building the last week has seen a focus on digging out the new footings (1 metre deep) to comply with building regulations for the new structure. Away from the site, negotiations are continuing with potential suppliers for the internal fitting out of the new building.

Work began on site at the beginning of May. Power and water were initially disconnected and then the existing Clubhouse structure plus Toilet “shed” and two storage sheds were moved so that work could begin on remote old concrete foundations ready for more extensive footings for the new building. So far so good !
