Updates
The first Living in the Moment workshop at Canterbury Umbrella starts on 5th November at 10:30am. The group met informally last Wednesday and Julie outlined the content for each of the 6 workshops. Further details of the progress will be shared. Very pleased to report that Julie Rogers won TWO awards at the Kent and Medway Mental Health awards for the work she has been doing with the residents of an apartment block in Dover destroyed by fire.
Thank you to everyone who donated the fund the Living in the Moment Workshops - we are in the process of finalising the promotional material, Julie is updating the workshop manual and the room has been booked for the series of workshops at Canterbury Umbrella.
