The idea
The project is to run 6 Living in the Moment Workshops annually at Canterbury Umbrella. Each workshop 10 or 12 will run in a morning or afternoon a week, with the programme lasting for 6 weeks
Overview: The "Living in the Moment" workshop is a transformative mental health program designed to help individuals cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. Rooted in person-centred, humanistic, and integrative approaches, this workshop empowers participants to navigate life's challenges by fostering presence, self-belief, and healthier coping mechanisms.
This unique workshop was developed by Julie Rogers, a highly experienced psychotherapist with a 98% positive outcome rate. As a former service provider for Kent County Council, Julie has successfully delivered these workshops across various areas in Kent, including remote sessions. Her approach is well-recognized and has helped a diverse range of individuals adopt healthier, more fulfilling lifestyles.
