This project will look to work with local schools in Blackwall Reach and Tower Hamlets to develop a programme of FREE activities for young people to engage with. We will make fitness and exercise, fun accessible and easy for everyone to participate in. After delivering 2 sessions in 2 main schools we will then put on a sporting event , where young people can come together from the different schools for a fun day of activities and competition. Whilst also running this programme we will be actively working with parents and interested local people who would like to start and run their own sports clubs. We will work with them to identify suitable local venues and to give them the skills to run these clubs, enabling local residents to have continued access to health and fitness activities in their localities. This project will be open to the whole community. We need your help to make it happen, please pledge to make this project a reality!

• Improved health and fitness for attendees
• Establishing local sports groups for East London communities that are affordable and sustainable
• 4 sessions with local schools to encourage healthy lifestyles

This project will help people to make significant positive changes to their lifestyles. It will build confidence, help deal with items such as depression whilst providing a lasting legacy of affordable sports activities.
