Improved insulation to the walls will reduce heating costs in the colder months. Also, new frontage surface and installation of new soakaways will reduce surface water which impeded the use of mobility aids and drains onto the roadway!

Improved access to the hall and thrilled the local residents as the hall is now so much more a pleasant building to view. Modernised and in line with other neighbouring properties.
