The Urban Partnership Group want to install 92 solar panels on the roof of the Edward Woods Community Centre, to generate its own electricity and use the funds saved for much needed community projects
The Urban Partnership Group, was founded in 1997 and is Company Limited by Guarantee and a Registered Charity. Our overall mission is to build community involvement in the economic, social and environmental regeneration in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and surrounding areas.
Through a holistic programme of activities, the Urban Partnership Group aims to:
Enhance and promote the health, wealth and well-being of people in the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and surrounding areas.
Reduce inequalities and remove discrimination and other causes of social exclusion in disadvantaged groups and communities in order to ensure that Hammersmith & Fulham is a place where everyone has the opportunity to live healthy and prosperously in tolerant, caring communities.
Rebuild communities and improve opportunities for disadvantaged people to participate in work and other aspects of community life.
Continually improve the delivery of services and implement innovative solutions to meet changing local needs and community aspirations.

The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
