More about our impact
The environment
We ensured that the party was green and support the green initiative. We used recycled items where possible, making sure to separate the rubbish so that everything that could be recycled was. The hall runs off an eco friendly air source heating system to further support the green initiative.
The local economy
We provided a community cupboard which launched with the event to provide food and supplies for those who need it.
Volunteering, jobs & education
We chose key books for the children as gifts to encourage them to read. We also had a number of activities for the children to encourage them to have fun whilst learning at the same time.
Arts, culture & heritage
The event itself is meant to bring the Community together whilst also celebrating a part of our local culture, Christmas. The event includes a disco and interactive games which are historical to any children’s party. The disco provides the encouragement of taking part in dance, which fits within this category. Other activities provided will include drawing and colouring in also.
Activity, health and leisure
The event includes a disco and interactive games which are historical to any children’s party. The disco provides the encouragement of taking part in dance, which fits within this category. We also ensured that refreshments where also health and considered to be a part of a healthy diet.
