Updates
We are delighted to be able to share with you all that our app is now LIVE and 'help is in the hands' of an amazing diverse mix of men across the Walsall borough. We want to take this opportunity to say thank you for helping to make BrainTech a reality and supporting the men in Walsall who need a different type of support with the most unique neuroscience backed toolkit and education platform. We will pop back soon to share their progress and feedback from using the app.
These last few months here at BrainTech HQ have been full of planning, content writing, video and audio recording and creating surveys and questionnaires for the Braintech App. We are now looking for men in Walsall who would like to join our 'working party' to test the app and help to refine it. Would you like to be involved in the development of the BrainTech App? This is a unique and exciting opportunity for volunteers in the Walsall area to participate in testing our innovative mental health app before its official launch. If you would like to be part of this exciting venture please text the word BRAINTECH to 07583 203444 or email [email protected] to ask for more details. www.bighappinesscic.com/braintech #braintechappwalsall #healthywalsall #crowdfundwalsall #walsallcouncil
It's been a few weeks since our last post, so we thought we would pop an update for all the amazing people who have made this unique venture a real, tangible project. Most of the 'work' that's been happening on the project has been behind the scenes; on the creation of the content for the app itself. This is a long process and involves a lot of programming and module video and audio recording. We still have a LOT to get done but we know that our Neurosculpting Programme - which will form the basis of the app, will really make a difference the men struggling with mental ill health in Walsall who will be using this app. On other news we had a few delays on getting the website published, but we are confident this will be live any day - www.bighappinesscic.com/braintech. And finally, we will shortly be recruiting for men in Walsall to be part of our 'working party' - these men will have an opportunity to test the app and offer us feedback for changes and improvements. Once again, we would like to say a HUGE thank you for all the people that backed this crowdfund and have helped make this important project a tangible reality.
We are so happy to report that after successfully crowdfunding the required amount for the BrainTech Mental Health App for men in Walsall, we are now very busy bees behind the scenes. We have been reaching out to men in the borough who would like to join us for the 'working party' to help us co-create and 'idea generate' the content of the App, and our first meeting will be taking place in late March. We have also created a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/BrainTechAppWalsall and have our own Twitter handle: @BrainTechApp where we'll be sharing the journey of the App's evolvement. Our website is now with our tech team and this should be going live next week. And finally, the serious work of creating the Learning Labs, Toolkit, and Community Forum for the app - which is our biggest undertaking, is now down to the hard work of our Chief Happiness Officer; Jules Mitchell. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you who has made this unique venture a real, tangible project, and will keep you posted on all the developments as they happen.
