The project aimed to contribute positively to the environment by using laptops and online platforms over traditional paper printing. All documents were saved on the computer and hard drive. All printing was minimised and only leaflets to promote the project were used. Additionally, participants were entitled to borrow any suits for their interview. This was to avoid any waste as suits were going to be used only once. A travel card was also provided for any participants who needed to travel to their interview day. Moreover, throughout the project, we have implemented effective waste management by installing various bins for sorting recycled items. Sustainability practices has being emphasized, including the use of long-lasting light bulbs during training sessions and prioritizing natural lighting for filming purposes. We have filmed outdoors as much as we could. Furthermore, during the project, we planted different types of plants that are kept in Church Street Library.
