Yoga at Shepherds Bush Library

Shepherds Bush Library is a busy public library in West London. We offer a lot of different services to the public of all ages. This particular project is already up and running thanks to the support of a Yoga charity who agreed to work with us to provide free Yoga and Meditation classes for the public. Many people who come to the classes are on a very low income, and cannot afford to buy things like Yoga blocks, straps, and mats. These things can greatly improve the progress, and ability of the Yoga student.
