The idea
With the news that the ECB has announced that there will be no professional cricket until at least the 1st July. Woodbridge CC are left with critical bills to pay with no income.
The ECB will pledge £100 once we hit the £100 donations ourselves towards the target. With our insurance, Ground maintenance, Machinery maintenance still being paid, we have decided to set up this ECB backed crowd funding for the next 2 months to help pay the critical bills.
We want to ensure that there is an safe environment for the entire community to come back to and enjoy Cricket once this Covid-19 crisis is over. It will be more important then ever, once it is safe to do so.
What we'll deliver
- Continuing paying for monthly insurance Direct Debit
- Continue to maintain the Square and Grounds
- Continue to support improvements to Ash Park
Why it's a great idea
As the Cricket Season has yet to begun and all our usual fundraising methods have been suspended, We have no income but still have critical bills to pay.
We love our Community Cricket Club and want to ensure its survives this crisis. With your help, we will be open again as soon as possible once it is safe to do so.
