Rage Wellbeing CIC is a community-led, not-for-profit organisation based in Blacon, Chester, dedicated to improving physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through inclusive, accessible fitness and wellbeing support.
We work with children, young people and adults who often face barriers to accessing traditional fitness or wellbeing services, including those experiencing social disadvantage, additional needs, poor mental health, low confidence, or social isolation. Our approach is trauma-informed, person-centred and rooted in lived experience, ensuring that every individual feels safe, supported and understood.
Through structured fitness sessions, wellbeing programmes and community activities, we use physical activity as a powerful tool to build confidence, resilience, self-belief and positive routines. Our programmes are designed to support not only physical health, but also emotional regulation, mindset, social connection and overall quality of life.
Rage Wellbeing CIC works closely with local schools, families, care providers and community partners to deliver targeted support for those most in need. We are committed to reducing health inequalities and creating opportunities for people to thrive, regardless of background or circumstance.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to improve lives and make a difference, by providing a safe, inclusive space where people can move, connect and grow – together.
