The project will help the local church (a heritage asset ) remain sustainable for the years to come when the plans come to fruition. The Conservation Team from the planners wrote, "Extending into an area of grassland, the extension will not unbalance the imposing church or harm any of its original architectural detailing, mixing the old and new well. The proposed addition will improve accessibility, commercial opportunity, and quality of experience for users and as such the Conservation Team are supportive of the scheme."
