Cooperation boundary Hall is part of the Cooperation Town movement of community food co-ops, organising on streets and estates around the country.
Cooperation Town members collectively source and distribute affordable food and household items in bulk and distribute them to members.
Cooperation Town co-ops are owned and run by their members, who autonomously organise in their local area.
Members save up to 40% on their weekly food shop through collective purchasing and access to free surplus food. They develop the skills and confidence to organise together and are supported to develop further community projects in their area.
Cooperation Boundary Hall has been organised by residents of Snells Park estate and neighbouring streets since 2022. It consists of 29 households, who come together every Wednesday to source, pack and distribute items.
