We have helped to build females confidence through our activities and support, therefore it has helped to get females back into work and to become positive role models in the community. Empowering females is essential to the health and social development of families and communities. When females are living safe and fulfilled they can reach their full potential and feel confident in applying for jobs and succeeding in gaining and keeping a job. Not only empowering females is the key to economic growth and social transformation but the support has helped improve their health and mental well-being.

As a group we have had the need to advertise for volunteering roles to help us continue and grow so therefore this has created more opportunities for females in the community, we currently have 8 roles advertised with Redbridge CVS.
