Creative and Connected Communities is a community organosation which came into existence to support the local vulnerable people due to Mental & Physical Health issues, people who are lonely and isolated, people with language barriers and other vulnerablilites. CCC has become a leading organisation within the last three years and is running several projects. Our current projects are:
Umeed Wellbeing Hub: Support service providing art related and theraputic activities to vulnerable people especislly people with Mental Health issues.
1-2-1 Advice and Support Service: Provides one to one support which caters to each individuals needs and e helps to promote people’s Wellbeing by increasing their ability to exercise choice and control.
Employment Support & Volunteering: offers advice and support to people who are interested in trying volunteering as a way of helping them towards paid work.
Community Engagement & Forums: Forums and meetings with local communities to empower local people to have a greater influence over local decision making and service delivery by increasing the strength, capacity and engagement of local community.
Culture, Arts & Heritage Development: This project strengthens our creative talent and organisations, and to start to unlock the untapped potential of art, culture and heritage in Ealing, Hounslow Hillingdon and neighbouring Boroughs.
