We are the Residents Association in Radius development in Wandsworth, officially formed in January 2017, to represent the interest of the residents working with the management company/landlord, to engage with our community (other residents associations & the local council) and to enhance our own community and get to know our neighbours
The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
