About the Project Creator
Malvern Special Families run after school clubs, evening clubs, holiday clubs and Saturday clubs for children with disabilites throughout Worcestershire. We provide stimulating, fun and safe activities throughout the year. These activities include water play, sensory experiences, outdoor games and trips out. This is a much needed valuable resource for the children of Worcestershire and their families. It gives the children and young people a chance to learn new skills and have opportunities to take part in activities they might otherwise not get the chance to experience. The children and young people are aged between 5 - 18 and all have disabilities and additional needs . Malvern Special Families have been operating for over 30 years, and never has there been a more important time to continue to deliver our clubs. Whilst the children and young people are enjoying themselves doing exciting activities, families and carers get a much needed break from providing 24/7 support. One of our children said during our 2020 summer clubs "I had the best time ever I wish I could live at MSF ."
The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
