The project offered people possibility to meet outdoor and socialise in safety way. It was very important after lockdowns when some people worked from home, and they did not meet others in person so many felt scared of getting outside (even one of our lecturers revealed this). The project also helped with improving physical ability. Adults joined us with their children who were encouraged to exercise as well. Parents gave children good example of taking care of their health and spent quality time with them. After fitness sessions we talked about mental and physical health. We proposed topics which were kind of taboo in Polish community – menopause, sexual relations, mental health. Participants were glad that they had opportunity to talk about it as they engaged deeply sharing their views and asking questions.
