The environment

The environment

We provided on-line access to all of our services so that would increase accessibility to the local community. As a number of people accessed our services over the internet this helped to reduce CO2 emissions.

The local economy

The local economy

The Stay Mentally Healthy Bridgnorth Hub is based above a local cafe, and many the attendees to ours services have spent money at the café supporting this local business. We have also through our Wellbeing Plans sign posted to other local service providers.

We created a further 7 volunteering roles, taking the total number of volunteers who support the Bridgnorth Hub to 12. During this time we have provided 76 hours of training to support individuals wellbeing and to help them stay mentally healthy. We provide 3 distinct classes each week at the hub, and we are working on providing a range of new classes, events, and services that will become available in the new year due to the success of these 3 core services, as well as expanding our training for Hub Consultants and Trainers.

Activity, health and leisure

Activity, health and leisure

We are pleased to report on the success of the Healing and Meditation Group. Out of the 76 hours of training provided throughout this project, 26 hours were dedicated to this group. The group has led to the development of strong social connections, with participants forging friendships and connecting outside of the scheduled sessions. Attendees frequently share positive feedback on how supportive the group has been during difficult times, including public posts such as "Highly recommend." Furthermore, the group has evolved to provide valuable healing tools, enabling attendees to learn and apply skills independently whenever they are needed.
