We rely on revenue from matches, bar takings and fundraisers. We need your help during the COVID-19 crisis to ensure we can continue to serve our community once everything re-opens.
With the news from the ECB that there will be no professional cricket until at least July 1st (let alone amateur cricket), Springhill CC are let with bills to pay and no income. The ECB will donate £100 to the cause if we hit atleast £100 towards our target. Unfortunately we still need to complete essential preparations and maintenance, along with bills. We have set our target at £1000 which covers a 2 month period. We want to ensure there is a place for the whole community to come together once to play and enjoy cricket. It will be far more important once this is over!

Why it's a great idea:
As the cricket season is yet to get underway and all our fundraisers are cancelled, we have no income, but still have bills to pay. We love our cricket club and want to ensure that it survives this crisis. With your help, we will be able to open as soon as possible once it is safe to do so.
Steps to get it done:
We are a none for profit organisation that is completely volunteer run. We believe not only in offering affordable access to sport for anyone (our fee's are one of the lowest in the county) but also in providing a community facility for all to enjoy, such as our summer festivals and bonfire celebrations.

VolunteerWe are a none for profit community organisation, completely run by volunteers. Our mission is to offer an affordable route into cricket for anyone regardless of their ability, age, gender, religious views or ethnic background. Our current playing membership ranges from 13 to 70 and we also run training courses for juniors starting as young as 4.
As a community organisation we run a number of events throughout the year such as quiz nights, summer craft festivals and our annual bonfire night.
Project Owner: Springill Cricket Club The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
