Brilliant news, thanks everyone!
Hi everyone, Following discussions with Spacehive and Kent County Council, we have made a small adjustment to the scale of Songsters Across Kent in order to secure the KCC pledge. The project will now deliver 50 sessions (rather than 60), while maintaining the core aims and impact of the programme across participating community hubs in Kent. We hope to still reach the same number of people, and establish positive impacts in these music, dementia and wellbeing communities. We are very pleased to confirm that this enables us to retain the generous support of Kent County Council, who will be contributing £5,247 towards the project. Thank you again to all our backers for your support — it has been fundamental in making this project possible. We’re now moving into delivery and will share further updates as the programme gets underway. Looking forward to thanking you all at our celebration concert this Friday 8th May at Folkestone's Quarterhouse; don't forget to email [email protected] to secure your seat! With gratitude, Nina

Hi everyone, Now that the campaign has closed, I wanted to share a quick update — and most importantly, to say a huge thank you. Through Spacehive, we raised £3,831 from an incredible group of supporters, which is a fantastic show of belief in Songsters Across Kent. Alongside this, we’ve also secured additional support from Kent County Council, which will be processed separately following the campaign. This means we’re now in a strong position to move forward with the project and begin planning delivery. I’ll be sharing more updates in the next few days about what happens next, including details of our Donor Thank You Concert on Fri 8th May 🎶 Thank you again for being part of this — your support has genuinely made this possible. Nina ~
Hi everyone 💛 Just a huge thank you again for supporting Songsters Across Kent — it really means a lot. We’re now at £9,078 raised from 95 backers, which is incredible, and we’re officially in the final stretch with just 10 hours left to go. We’ve also been really grateful for wider support from our project partners and funders like KCC during this campaign — thank you to everyone who has helped make this possible so far. We’re so close to making this project happen at full strength across Kent! If you’re able to do one small thing at this stage, it would make a real difference — sharing the campaign with just one person (a friend, colleague, or family member) could genuinely help us get over the line in these final hours. 👉 www.spacehive.com/songsters-across-kent Thank you again for being part of this — every bit of support really does count 💛 Nina
