More about our impact

More about our impact

The environment

The environment

Litter has improved greatly now there is no public by access onto the pontoon - less river pollution as well

Volunteering, jobs & education

Volunteering, jobs & education

Having not to deal with moving people off the pontoon before an outing is started has helped our volunteers greatly. Most of us were anxious about what we were going to deal with. Those feelings have now gone.

Activity, health and leisure

Activity, health and leisure

we are now able to run rowing sessions without the fear of having to deal with anti social behaviour. We have increased our outings and are now on the river most days of the week.
