21K Digital Media is a social enterprise established in 2019 to combat hight youth unemploymentin Enfield, North London. We providemeaningful work placements for young people not in employment, education or training (NETT) creating pathways into further education and sustainable careers.Why Right2Thrive UK Was Born Working in Edmonton we withnessed firsthand how community violence was devasting the lives of young peoplewe serve. Through three community-led consulttions, young people told us that violence wasnt just a safety issue-it ws causing profound mentl health crises, triggering fear,anciety, and trauma that made it nearly impossible to focus on educationor employment.
There voices made it clear:we couldn't addressyouth unemploymentwithoutaddressing youth wellbeing,in response, we launched Right2Thrive Uk-our dedicatedwellbeing initative designed to heal,support, and empower young people and their families.
Right2Thrive UK : Our Wellbeing Response
Right2Thrive Uk is grassroots, community led initiative deliveringculturally responsive mental health support, mentoring, and career development services to young peopleand families from Black and marglinalised communities in Enfield,
We exsist to tackle health inequalities and transform life outcomesfor those affected by truma, youth violence,social exclusion, and mental healthstigma. Our approach integrates early intervention, therapeutic care, and skills based programming - all informed by lived experiences of our teamand communities we serve.
