The environment

The environment

We believe we achieved what we aimed to do in terms of giving people ideas and confidence to help change their thinking to reconsider potential waste as a resource and think positively about reusing and recycling things in different ways.

Arts, culture & heritage

Arts, culture & heritage

The REclaim exhibition at Shoreham Centre was very well received and we had several successful collaborations with local artists and arts orgnisations getting people to participate in arts based activities including printmaking workshops and an exhibition with Peon Boyle, word collaging with Shoreham Wordfest, beach art with Candy Medusa, junk orchestra creation and performance with Salvage Sounds, and REfashion shows.

Activity, health and leisure

Activity, health and leisure

We brought many people out and about in Shoreham for the REclaim Weekend over the late May Bank holiday and to view the REclaim Exhibition at the Shoreham Centre for the two weeks it was on. People also participated in workshops at Emmaus Brighton preparing for the REfashion shows and kids attended word collaging workshops in Adur's libraries.
