The idea
We haven't played cricket for almost the whole season.Reading Lions left to pay bills with no income.
The ECB will donate £100 to the cause once if we hit at least £100 towards our target. Our bills are £300 a month and we have decided to set up this crowdfunding page to help towards paying 2 month worth of bills.
We want to ensure there is a place for the whole community to come together to play and enjoy cricket. It will be more important than ever once this is all over.
What we'll deliver
- Help pay for critical overheads during COVID-19 crisis
- Cover ground maintenance and key running costs
Why it's a great idea
As the cricket season just started and all our fundraisers are currently cancelled, we have no income. but we still have to pay the bills!
We love our cricket club and want to ensure it survives this crisis. With your help, we will be back to normal as soon as possible.
