Work Begins!7 years ago

Hi Everyone, I'm pleased to tell you that work has begun on the site. The trees on the top of the cliff edge are being removed which should stabalise the rock face and reduce the risk of high winds dislodging one. I have visited the site a few times and have officially got the key. Hopefully this stage will be completed in a few weeks and we can start looking at making the rock face safe.

This week I met with the senior tree officer and the tree surgeon to discuss the first step of the work that needs doing. The understory is a bit untidy and there is a lot of work to be done but we will get there!

B&Q have pledged to provide the tools that we will need to clear the site which equates to £188! Thus will be added to the total on Monday :-)
