Poetry Jukebox

It has been a whirlwind of activity with Poetry Jukebox... or PJ as it has come to be known. Check out @poetryjukebox for all the latest news. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who backed this project and contributed to making it happen. Public support from individuals meant so much more than just cash... it was goodwill, the desire for change, joining us in bringing the vision and the idea to fruition. One of the most touching moments we had, was to see a mother and her child come and spend time with the jukebox - I like to think that we have enriched the experience of the next generation, an in some way contribute to counter much of the other 'stuff' that child is bombarded with on a day to day basis. We are fielding enquiries from other places in Northern Ireland, and also the Republic of Ireland and further afield too. We are spreading a little happiness and moments of respite & imagination.You have made such a difference along the way. You helped us in practical ways, but also, spirit to spirit, you held us to keep going and make it happen. Thank you!.
