The idea
Fulham Good Neighbours will be organising the annual Parsons Green Fair for the second time on Saturday, 7th July 2018. We are grateful for the support of the main event sponsors - Marston Property, as well as Strutt&Parker and Tesco Bags of Help.
Last year, the event attracted nearly 8,000 people and we want to make it as inclusive as possible. To this end, we are looking for additional funding to allow us to offer a number of free rides, attractions and activities.
What we'll deliver
- Kids Stage: Punch and Judy, Pixy&Roxy, Magician
- Adult Stage: Fulham Brass Band
- Kid's Circus: Albert and Friends
Why it's a great idea
Parsons Green Fair is one of the biggest open events in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and all profits from the fair generates are donated to meet needs of local older people who are supported by Fulham Good Neighbours. We want to create a truly inclusive event where whole families, regardless of income, are able to join in and celebrate being part of the community. Your support will allow us to cover the costs of certain attractions so that we can offer them for free.
Steps to get it done
- We will book all the agreed free attractions by 15th June 2018
