Shropshire European Organisation is a non-profit organisation to help and support Eastern European communities in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
We provide outreach work in four fields: health, social care, safety and wellbeing. We working together with NHS, local authority, Police and a key stakeholders to ensure that access to local services are planned and delivered in the way which best meet the needs of local ethnic minority communities. Engaging with communities to understand their most important health and wellbeing issues, identify gaps in services and supporting community-led actions.
This involves connecting with people and families from diverse ethnic groups with practical support, advice and access to resources, activities, groups, highlighting and signposting to other support service.
Shropshire European Organisation organise various community events, meeting or workshops. Our aim is to bring communities together and create a safe zone for vulnerable residents. We promote different diverse communities & tradition by celebrations and raise awareness about our multicultural communities across the sectors.
