Ba mhaith linn do chuid smaointe a chloisteáil! Tá Comhairle Cathrach Bhaile Átha Cliath ag obair leis an ardán tiomsaithe airgid pobail Spacehive chun deis iontach a chur ar fáil do mhuintir na háite airgead a thiomsú do thionscadail agus tionscadail atá tábhachtach dóibh a chur i gcrích. We want to hear your ideas! Dublin City Council is working with community fundraising platform Spacehive on an exciting opportunity for local residents to fundraise and deliver projects that matter to them.
-------------------
Funding available
Community groups, social enterprises, local charities and individuals with community support could potentially receive a pledge of up to 50% of their crowdfunding target, capped at €5,000. This contribution from Dublin City Council is pledged directly into your crowdfunding campaign alongside contributions from the community.
* To be part of this programme, overall project targets are capped at €10,000.
Launch of next funding window
The next funding window is now open with a deadline of Wednesday the 15th of April - you must have your project fully costed, any relevant permissions in place and your project page created on Spacehive. You must also have applied to the Crowdfund Dublin City fund (done on the Spacehive platform) by this date.
Join us at our launch event at the Mansion House or the online workshop the following day to find out more:

After big interest when we did one workshop in Inchicore Sports and Social club during Viking festival last year on voluntary bases we would like to facilitate more events of that kind for community. They are usually quite expensive in professional art studios and not everybody can afford it. We have an idea to share this knowledge and sculpting skills with broader community. We would aim to deliver 6 differently themed workshops in 2026. During the workshop kids and adults with no prior experience can make basic useful ceramic projects - like tiles, bowls, flowerpots, soap and butter dishes, jars and mugs. All the works will be fired and glazed within 3 weeks after each workshop. People with already some experience will be challenged with projects adequate to their skills level.
