Projects will be expected to capture data to demonstrate that their projects are supporting their local communities to get active and move more as well as wider health and wellbeing outcomes. This will include completing WEMWBS; physical activity measures as well as capturing qualitative feedback through a range of mechanisms.
Outcomes will also include those relating to: community cohesion and engagement, development of relationships and partnerships and environmental impact.
