We are delighted to announce that once we reach our ‘Making a Mark’ crowdfunding target, the fantastic charity Friend’s Action North East have agreed to partner with us in the delivery of our free workshops by helping us to reach new members of our Newcastle east community who might enjoy or benefit from the opportunity to explore printmaking. Established in 2004, the sole purpose of the FANE team is to help adults in the North East of England with learning disabilities to make and keep friends by raising expectations, creating opportunities to do ordinary things and championing friendship. We are entering the final two weeks of our campaign and have so far received an amazing 45 pledges of support. With 2 weeks to go on our crowdfunding campaign we are delighted to have received a significant pledge from North of Tyne Combined Authority 🙏 , putting us within touching distance of our campaign target. Alongside our great pledge gifts which have been kindly donated by printmakers in support of Northern Print we also have a range of corporate support packages for any local businesses that would like to support the delivery of free workshops in our local community - contact us for details.
