We are delighted to share with you a picture of our gorgeous new tipi which was built on the farm on Thursday last week!! We're sure you'll agree that it is truly stunning and Lisa (The Learning Tree Coordinator) has already furnished the inside with log benches, a fire pit, and lots of natural crafts that have been made by visitors over the years. We've also been drinking tea made with water boiled over the fire! We are over the moon to have such a lovely new addition to the farm and we can't wait for you to come and visit. Thank you so much once again for believing in us and supporting us with our campaign. As you know, we couldn't have done it without you and we are forever grateful for the opportunity you have given us, and the thousands of people that come and visit us each year! Thank you thank you thank you!
Good afternoon one and all! We are DELIGHTED to tell you that following a few last minute donations, we have at last reached our crowdfunding target and thanks to your generous donations together we have raised more than £4500!!! This means that we will very soon be opening the doors to a beautiful handmade tipi right here at the Urb Farm! Our video was shared nearly 200 times, was seen by more than 18,000 people (!!), and in the end we had donations from literally hundreds of people from across the world. Once again we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for believing in us, for donating, for spreading the word and for checking in with us along the way. We really and truly couldn't have done it without you and we are so excited at the opportunities that this new project will bring. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on this exciting new chapter at the Urb Farm, and THANK YOU once again for being involved with our work, in whatever way you are.
