By Kensington and Chelsea Cricket Club
Kensington & Chelsea Cricket Club are looking to expand our Youth setup to incorporate teams of younger age groups.
Kensington & Chelsea Cricket Club (KCCC) hope to raise funds towards match and practice facility hire, and for professional coaches to assist our volunteers in delivering sessions for multiple age groups as we attract more young cricketers to our club. Since 2018, KCCC has invested in the ECB All Stars programme for children aged 5-8 years old. In 2020, we started an Under 21 team participating in the Middlesex Development League, consisting of players as young as 12 years of age. KCCC aim to expand our Youth setup, targeting aspiring junior cricketers in the area and neighbouring boroughs to try their hand at cricket and strive to help develop and improve their game through personal coaching, match practice and most importantly enjoyment of the game.
