Help Improve Tarporley Community Centre

Please forgive the approach but Tarporley Community Centre is crowdfunding again via Spacehive. This time it's for Fire Safety Improvements as the regulations have been updated since our last fire safety audit and we need to adhere to the new ones. The safety of all our users is of paramount importance to the Trustees. Already we have ensured that our Main Hall Chairs, curtains and stage curtains comply with current legislation. We're now crowdfunding for new firedoors and new seating in the Committee Room. We need to raise £13,228 and hope that Cheshire West and Chester Council will support us with a grant for 75% of this. The Trustees are asking for your support by pledging money to us using the link below www.spacehive.com/tarporley-community-centre-fire-safety Again the minimum pledge is £2 and this time you can gifr aid your pledge (if you pay tax). The more pledges we get, the better chance that we'll receive the full 75% council grant. Don't worry if you can't pledge online, you can give cash to one of our Trustees. Over the summer we've installed our new double glazing (which you can see) and cavity wall insulation (which you can't). Hopefully, you'll notice that TCC is warmer and we'll benefit from using less gas & electric. This will benefit our users as these cost savings mean that we can keep our hire charges as low as possible. Thank you again for your support.
