Actual costs have varied from estimates and requirements have changed as Team is developing.

We have accounted for over 2000 hours of training in this period.

We recruited 61 new trainees in Oct 25, 23 withdrew over 6 months, 

37 due to pass through (only 2 pending assessment, about 4 pending DBS)

1 Likely not to progress.

We now have 99 Operational Team members.
