The idea
With cricket on hold and no indication of when it might resume, we currently have no income but still the expenditure of maintaining the ground.
We are therefore fundraising to help pay the bills throughout the summer until either cricket can resume or until social distancing rules are relaxed and we can raise money in other ways
What we'll deliver
- Maintain the square throughout the summer
- Maintain the outfield throughout the summer
- Ensure Insurance payments are paid
Why it's a great idea
It will avoid us having to take out loans to cover our expenditure whilst we have no income
