The project will renovate an old football pavilion bringing it into the 21 century and able to be used as a fully accessible community workshop space for local groups.

We are now 8 days into the refurbishment and the building has been gutted and the render removed. Next stage is to put it all back together again!

HPC agreed to appoint Hanson Property Services to carry out the renovation work on the Pavilion @ £76,690+VAT. Work should begin in early 2023.

Ready to go out to Tender4 years ago

We've engaged an architect to draw up the spec to enable us to go out to tender and post the contract on the Government's Contract Finder website. Once the full spec is ready the refurbishment wotk will go out to open tender.
