Grozone supported 8 volunteers from local businesses to give back to their community
Volunteering, jobs & education
During the supported period we worked with 166 volunteers on site including people from all backgrounds and abilities. Volunteers have developed their practical skills in horticulture and wildlife gardening as well as developed social connections
Arts, culture & heritage
New arts trails created on site as well as a volunteer led mural painting programme to revap our storage sheds
Activity, health and leisure
Grozone delivered weekly horticultural therapy and nature connectedness sessions for people of all ages and abilities to improve mental wellbeing, social connecitons and increase physical activity
