Empower Ealing women: Workshops&Socials.

Gather2Gether CIC is an Ealing-based, not-for-profit organization founded by women, for women.

Through various activities, opportunities, and events, ranging from themed discussion groups, peer support groups, social, emotional, and mental health wellbeing sessions, mind and body exercise classes, parenting support, and self-care information and support. We are dedicated to tackling loneliness and social isolation, enabling improved community connectedness to support women to live and thrive.

We have about 55 members in our collective community. The company will provide a safe and accessible space to meet, activity publicity on social media, and other methods locally to maximize engagement, activity refreshments and resources, and qualified instructors and professional speakers/coaches at these events. 

The funding will be used to fund the activity hosts for their time and preparation of lead materials. We will also purchase relevant equipment such as paintbrushes and canvasses appropriate for the activities we host from September through to the entire academic year. We would also like to include food and refreshments in our activities.

The plan so far is to host a range of activities around movement and dance, crafts such as arts and sewing, walks and talks, and themed events such as parenting, menopause, 5 women stories (real life, real stories), etc.
