Hi everyone, We've streamlined The Fountain Fleet campaign to focus on what matters most: getting our trained, trusted riders on the road and delivering the service parents need. We've made three key changes: • **In-house coordination & marketing.** We're bringing our community outreach and coordination in-house, which cuts costs without compromising quality - and keeps our team closer to our riders and families. • **Helmets and decals.** We've refined our launch kit from 16 to 8 units, ensuring we equip our riders with the highest-quality safety and branding without waste. • **Tech streamlining.** We're using existing systems to communicate with families, removing a hardware cost while keeping everything seamless. These changes bring our target to **£60,000**- and we're now in direct conversation with Hammersmith & Fulham's match-funding programme, which means every pound you pledge could be matched pound-for-pound.
