FPAC is a theatre company that celebrates local stories, shared creativity & innovation. We create theatre that is vibrant, relevant and rooted in the lives of the people who live across southeast Kent.
Our work happens across five programmes:
-
Art-Informed Policy Development – Bringing creativity into the heart of local decision-making through theatre-led insight and dialogue.
-
Community Theatre Sessions – Acting sessions that are free, open and welcoming to absolutely everyone. No experience necessary.
-
Writing for Performance – A friendly writers’ group where you can explore how stories become theatre. No experience necessary.
-
Theatre for Development –Theatre workshops that supports communities and humanitarian aims, locally and globally.
-
Ensemble – Developing touring shows that celebrate Kent's unique voices and narratives.
Founded as a charity in 2024, FPAC uses theatre and the arts as tools to challenge the status quo and drive social change. It creates opportunities for socially under-served communities to engage with the arts, while enriching the cultural and artistic life of southeast Kent.
FPAC’s work promotes community empowerment and social inclusion by enabling people to share their experiences, develop creative skills and participate meaningfully in cultural and civic life.
