We are a charity formed in April 2015, as a not-for-profit community initiative specifically to support parents and carers with after school and holiday care. We are based in Evesham Methodist Church Hall on Bridge Street, Evesham.
We have an amazing Manager, Kelly, who ensures that our children have stimulating and varied experiences during their time with us. We pride ourselves on our inclusion credentials accepting children with autism, refugee children and differently-able children.
Currently our children are collected by ‘walking bus’ from their schools and nurseries, but as we increase in numbers of children and schools we serve, this is becoming very time-consuming; time we could be spending in formal and informal activities. We also have a wheelchair user who would benefit from an accessible minibus.
We would like to purchase an adapted minibus to make the collection of children more efficient and speedy, but this is a huge investment for a small charity such as ourselves.
We have a very competitive charging policy and provide subsidies in specific circumstances to enable as many parents/carers as possible to access the opportunities we offer. We accept a range of methods of payment - BACS, Tax Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers and 30 hours funding may be available for eligible 3 and 4 year olds.
The club is open from 3-6pm to children aged 3-10, and we offer holiday clubs during much of the Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays. We provide tea and fresh fruit to eat daily at our after-school club and there is a choice of lunches at our holiday clubs.
We are OfSTED registered, and our ast inspection rated us as OUTSTANDING.
